Borgata Poker network and player pool
Borgata Poker launched on November 26, 2013, the day New Jersey’s online gambling market opened. It now runs on the BetMGM Poker network, which pools players from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Borgata has a Pennsylvania room but no Michigan brand; Michigan players join through BetMGM Poker. You must be 21 and physically in a network state to play.
Borgata Poker traffic
Borgata moved into third place in New Jersey poker revenue in March 2026, behind WSOP and BetMGM. PokerStars on FanDuel then took the top spot in April. Borgata’s NJ revenue was up 1% year over year that month.
Because Borgata and BetMGM share tables, the traffic you see is the same on either brand.
Borgata Poker tournaments and series
The schedule includes daily multi-table tournaments, freerolls, qualifiers and seasonal events shared across the network. Sit & Gos run heads-up and six-handed, from $1 to $500, including turbo and hyper-turbo formats.
SPINS are three-player jackpot tournaments at $1, $5, $10, $25 and $50, with prize pools up to 2,400 times the buy-in. The top prize at the $50 level is $120,000.
Live poker at the Borgata
The Borgata runs Atlantic City’s largest poker room, with 52 tables. Cash games run daily at $1/$3, $2/$5 and $5/$10 No-Limit Hold’em, with Pot-Limit Omaha, stud and mixed games too.
The Borgata Poker Open, once a World Poker Tour stop, still runs independently. The 2026 Borgata Summer Poker Open included a $2,700 Championship.
Borgata Poker software
Borgata Poker offers a desktop client for Windows and Mac plus iOS and Android apps, all on the shared BetMGM Poker platform. Games include No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha and other variants, plus the FastForward fast-fold format.
One Borgata account and wallet covers poker, casino and sports betting.
