The offer comes in four drops, adding up to 500 bonus spins on selected slots. You get 125 spins when you register. Three more drops of 125 follow, each unlocked after you earn 1 Tier Credit from real-money play. You must opt in to each drop within five days.
Winnings from the spins carry 1x wagering on slots. Other eligible games carry 2x, and craps doesn’t count. Each batch of spins expires five days after you claim it.
Each later drop needs only 1 Tier Credit, so all 500 spins are cheap to collect. There’s no deposit match to chase, which keeps the risk low.
Promo Code: No Promo Code needed. Horseshoe lists no code for the New Jersey offer.

Horseshoe-only slots and 1,500+ titles in the NJ lobby
The lobby has more than 1,500 titles. Caesars Digital’s in-house studio supplies Horseshoe-only games such as Horseshoe Rising Rewards and Horseshoe Slick Riches LuckyTap. Other exclusives include Gold Blitz Extreme from Games Global and Ultimate Fire Link: Cash Falls by the Bay, available only on Caesars platforms.
Progressive jackpots and high-limit slots both have their own sections. Table games include Caesars Palace Signature Multihand Blackjack Surrender.
Live dealer games come from Evolution: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps and poker variants, including exclusive Horseshoe blackjack and roulette tables. Since April 2025, Horseshoe has also taken tables from Caesars’ own studio inside Tropicana Atlantic City.
The Horseshoe casino app on Caesars’ own platform
Horseshoe runs on Caesars’ own platform and bonus engine. Users report a blank-page bug on the mobile site and some Android crashes.
Geolocation checks you’re inside New Jersey before you play. You can sign up from New York or Pennsylvania but can’t play until you cross into the state.

PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Play+: Horseshoe deposits and withdrawals
Deposits start at $10. Options include Visa or Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Play+, e-check, bank transfer and cash. Apple Pay is deposit-only.
Withdrawals start at $10 and typically arrive within two business days. Your first cashout takes longer while Horseshoe verifies your identity.
New Jersey rules bar the casino from asking you to cancel a withdrawal once you’ve requested it.
Caesars Rewards credits you can use in Atlantic City
Horseshoe is part of Caesars Rewards. Wagers earn Reward Credits and Tier Credits that count toward the same balance and status you use at Caesars, Harrah’s and Tropicana in Atlantic City. Link your existing Caesars Rewards account when you register so everything lands in one place.
Is Horseshoe safe? DGE licensing and responsible gambling tools
Horseshoe is licensed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and operated by Caesars Digital through Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey. You can set deposit, loss and time limits, take a cool-off or self-exclude from your account.
Horseshoe vs. Caesars Palace Online and FanDuel Casino
Caesars Palace Online shares the same rewards and live studio but leads with a deposit match. FanDuel Casino runs a similar low-wagering spins offer with a bigger lobby. Horseshoe’s draw is its exclusive slots and the Caesars Rewards link.
